Stacky Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") set out the conditions for using the application "Stacky" (the "App") provided by MIRAI STUDIO, Inc. (the "Operator", "we"). By using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

1. The Service

The App is a utility for saving clipboard history and managing text snippets. We may add, change, or discontinue features of the App.

Some features (Pro) are paid. What is available for free and what is included in the paid features is as shown within the App.

2. Intellectual Property

Intellectual property rights in the App and its associated works, trademarks, and logos belong to us or their rightful owners. These Terms do not transfer any of those rights to you.

By contrast, the content you save or create using the App (such as clipboard contents and snippets) belongs to you. We acquire no rights over such content.

3. Prohibited Conduct

In using the App, you must not:

Violate any law or public order and morals;
Infringe the rights of us or any third party;
Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise analyze the source code of the App (except where permitted by law);
Improperly exploit defects in the App, or use paid features through improper means;
Engage in any other conduct we reasonably determine to be inappropriate.

4. Purchases and Cancellation

The App's paid features are provided through Apple's In-App Purchase. Purchase types include subscriptions (monthly and annual) and a one-time purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless canceled. The initial fee is charged to your Apple Account at purchase, and renewal fees at each renewal.
You can review and cancel subscriptions from your device under "Settings" > (your name) > "Subscriptions". We cannot cancel on your behalf.
You can restore purchases via "Restore Purchases" within the App.
Refunds are, as a rule, handled according to Apple's terms and procedures. We do not issue refunds directly.
Prices may change without prior notice. Changes to subscription prices are notified in accordance with Apple's rules.

5. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is". We do not warrant that the App is fit for your particular purpose, or that it operates error-free or without interruption.
The App saves clipboard history and other data, but we do not guarantee that data will not be lost. Saved content may be lost due to device failure or replacement, OS updates, the state of iCloud, deletion of the App, and similar causes. Please keep your own separate copies of important information.
The clipboard may contain confidential information such as passwords. The App's password-like string exclusion feature is supplementary and does not guarantee the protection of all confidential information. You are responsible for managing what you save.
Due to iOS design, continuous background monitoring or automatic saving of the clipboard is not possible. The App's capture features operate within this limitation.
Except in cases of our intent or gross negligence, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

6. Changes, Suspension, and Termination of the Service

We may, without prior notice, change the content of the App, temporarily suspend it, or discontinue it. We are liable for any resulting damages only to the extent set out in the preceding section.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms as needed. If we make significant changes, we will announce them within the App or on this page. If you use the App after a change, you are deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are interpreted in accordance with the laws of Japan.
If any dispute arises between us and a user regarding the App or these Terms, the Japanese court having jurisdiction over the Operator's location shall be the exclusive court of first instance by agreement.
